Overall, customer experiences with this product have been mixed. Some customers have found it to be a great toy for their dogs, with one customer mentioning that their dogs love it and have fun playing with it. However, there are also negative reviews, with customers expressing disappointment in the product's performance and durability. One customer mentioned that the launcher stopped working after only a few weeks, while another customer found that the maximum distance the ball could be launched was only 4 meters, which was insufficient for their energetic ball-obsessed lab. Additionally, some customers were disappointed with the quality of the balls, stating that they split easily and did not fit the launcher as advertised.
