Answer: The instructions say adults, elderly, children over 12 years: Two to eight 5ml spoonfuls to be taken 3-4 times daily, as required. I used to take two spoonfuls at a time as I suffer from heartburn but am now taking Omeprazole prescribed by my GP. Hope this helps. -
