問題: Does the Tera HW0007-BT support both 1D and 2D barcodes?

Answer: Yes, it supports a variety of 1D and 2D barcodes.

Answer: Yes, its high resolution industrial camera makes it easy to read damaged or long barcodes.
問題: We tested it today and scanner was a little picky on how we held the scanner to get it to read. suggestions on what we can do differently?

Answer: I found that the best is to keep it 2-3 inches away from the code. Distance also depends on the size of the barcode.
問題: Does this scanner work with any type of 25 bar code. The instruction manual has an option to scan... but the scanner does not acknowledge (beep)

Answer: Hi, this Tera barcode scanner can read Interleaved 2 of 5, matrix 2 of 5, industrial 2 of 5 and standard 2 of 5 barcode. Please feel free to contact me if there is any problem with the barcode scanner. I would be glad to assist you.

Answer: Yes, it is. Plugged it into my Windows 10 Desktop with no problem.
問題: Why do I have to unplug and replug the USB every time for it to work?

Answer: You must have something defective on your USB driver. I would suggest getting a replacement. We have never had to unplug the USB driver even once. This is the best barcode reader we have ever used.
問題: Does this work with Loyverse on an iPad/iPhone?

Answer: Doubtful, this is made to work with a PC at a workstation.
問題: Can it scan a QR code through plastic of 4-6 mil of thickness? What is the maximum thickness of the plastic?

Answer: Yes, it can read through transparent plastic of 4-6 mil.
問題: Can this be used for checking items in and out? For example, like in a library, books are checked out and checked back in?

Answer: This reads barcodes. It enters the info into a program just like you typed it in. In your example, you would need an application to do the database lookup and recording of books being checked out or in. That part has little to do with the scanner. In general, as long as the application can take keyboard input, then this scanner will work, as long as the barcode format is supported by the scanner so it can be read.
