    Answer: We use 220v in the UK so it should be okay.

    Answer: 46cms wide x 36cms deep x 23.5cms high.

    Answer: I bought this to move music from old records to usb to use in car, a bit concerned at first, but it does everything it states, reasonably sound, not a lot of radio stations, good buy.

    Answer: This is not normal. I recommend contacting the seller you have purchased the item from, as it sounds faulty.
