    Answer: It is compatible with all 26 bit EM cards, but does not support some encrypted cards.

    Answer: This will work with any product that accepts a dry contact as an input. This means the N/O, N/C relay from the keypad only send an open or short over the line. No voltage can be present.

    Answer: The programming steps are cumbersome. I was not able to find a comprehensive guide. Instructions are cryptic. The use of two master codes makes it difficult as well. Just try to follow the instructions with the most basic interpretation in mind.

    Answer: Did you read it wrong? Not *, but #
