The Thrustmaster Racing Controller T248 for PlayStation 5 and 4 is an affordable alternative to the T300, with good paddle and handle operability. However, some users have reported weaker force feedback and rattling sounds from the paddle shifters. The foot pedals are adjustable and feel good to step on, but the brake pedal may need lubrication to reduce key sounds. The steering is reasonably small and softens over time, but the FFB may be too weak for some users. The durability and reliability of the T248 are yet to be determined. The list price of 55,000 yen is Considered too expensive, but the cost-effectiveness would be better if it were under 40,000 yen.
