- Escribir posee una capacidad terapéutica que han intuido desde siempre los escritores de todos los tiempos. Gracias a la escritura, la persona es capaz de estructurar su pensamiento, desahogar estas emociones cuando le desbordan, tomar distancia sobre lo que le ocurre, descubrir sus recursos personales, y reflexionar sobre sus deseos, sus relaciones o sus conductas. Este libro es fundamentalmente práctico. Se compone de 79 ejercicios que utilizan la escritura no solo como un medio para desarrollar la creatividad, sino como un método para conocerse, aumentar la autoestima, resolver determinados problemas y mejorar la calidad de nuestras relaciones. Se encuentra organizado en cuatro bloques, definidos por su función terapéutica, y está dirigido tanto a personas que individualmente quieran beneficiarse de esta terapia, poniendo en práctica los ejercicios que se proponen, como a psicólogos, pedagogos o docentes que deseen ampliar sus recursos en sus sesiones o clases. Reyes Adorna Castro es licenciada en Filología Hispánica y es profesora de Lengua y Literatura en Enseñanza Secundaria desde 1998. Desde su niñez utiliza la escritura como un método para conocerse, observar los problemas con perspectiva, ordenar las ideas y desahogar emociones. En sus clases, conjuga la enseñanza de la asignatura con el fomento de la creatividad, la madurez y la personalidad de sus alumnos, utilizando ejercicios de escritura que persigan estos objetivos.Formada en Logoterapia, Arteterapia y Terapia Breve Estratégica, sus inquietudes sobre escritura terapéutica van más allá de la docencia, y su objetivo es profundizar en este recurso y darlo a conocer a adultos y a profesionales del ámbito de la psicología que quieran beneficiarse de él.
