0000UF50891 Editorial Review
Normal BD [Blu-ray]; Normal, directed by Ben Wheatley, showcases a gripping action thriller centered around the character Ulysses, portrayed by Bob Odenkirk. In this film, Ulysses tries to distance himself from his troubling past, only to uncover a deeper conspiracy after a botched bank robbery. The film successfully combines elements of Neo-Western with dark humor, making it a captivating watch. Critics have praised Odenkirk's performance, highlighting his relatability as a flawed hero rather than an invincible figure. The well-choreographed action sequences stand out, thanks to Ben Wheatley's thoughtful direction and the film's atmospheric cinematography, which brings the setting of a snowy small town vibrantly to life.
