Unfortunately, the machine is low to the ground which makes it difficult to get on and off, and it can be noisy while in use. Some clients have qualms with the customer service, which seems hard to reach, so it's necessary to keep this in mind when purchasing. Despite its flaws, the low price point and quality make it a good value for those who want to practice at home.
