Talking Heads Format: Audio CD Editorial Review
**** The release of *Stop Making Sense* by Talking Heads has garnered Considerable acclaim among audiophiles and fans alike, thanks to its immersive audio mix that improves upon previous iterations. Reviewers enthusiastically describe the sound quality as superior, offering a rich listening experience that captures the essence of the original concert. It’s worth noting that this release is solely an audio presentation, not the concert film that many buyers mistakenly expected. This has led to some confusion, as reflected in the lower ratings from customers who failed to read the product description thoroughly. While the audio mixes, including the new stereo and Dolby Atmos options, have been praised, the packaging and physical aspects of the product have received mixed reviews. Some users have reported issues with the CD case, expressing dissatisfaction with its design that allows discs to feel "floppy," as well as damages during shipping, although they are quick to clarify that these concerns should not detract from the quality of the music itself. Additionally, the long-awaited remastering of tracks like "Big Business/I Zimbra" has delighted fans, particularly as these tracks were not prominently featured in prior releases. Overall, *Stop Making Sense* stands out as a valuable addition to any Talking Heads collection for those who are aware that it is an audio release. With its high-quality sound and remastered tracks, it is a must-have for fans of the band's work, provided they are looking for an album rather than a concert video. **
