This Amazon Basics 2-Piece Oven Safe, Riveted Handle Frying Pan set includes an 8-inch and 10-inch pan. The pans have an aluminum core enclosed between the top of the stainless steel pan cooking surface and the steel bottom of the pan. They can be used on gas, electric, and induction stovetops. These pans have a nice, solid feel to them but may take some time getting used to if you are more accustomed to using cast iron. The polished surfaces of the pans are of good quality and they have a thick heat spreader to promote even cooking. However, they require good spraying or oil before each use and should not be used on high heat. They can be a little difficult to clean and tend to get scratch marks easily with metal utensils.
