It can only be used with Crossfire or Crossfire Mini TX module connected to the radio and can be set up as sbus or crsf. However, slow PPM introduced by it would negate many of Crossfire’s benefits. The receiver needs to be soldered unless purchased with appropriate adapters. It is compatible with Horus 10 and 12, Taranis Q7 and QX7S, and X9D, X9D+, and X9D+SE models. It is the same kit that TBS sells directly, except it comes in a plastic bag instead of a box. The common Pros of this product are its small size, clear heat shrink, and ease of use. Cons include limited compatibility, a requirement of extra soldering and adapters for certain models, and previous customers' reported cases of used/broken products being sent out, making its quality control questionable.
