    Answer: Definitely not. Mounting boots (skate boots, actual boots, tennis shoes, whatever) requires drilling holes into the boot (or shoe). You can remove them, but then you'd be left with holes in your Doc's. Obviously that would not be good on rainy/snowy days. If you truly want to skate your Doc's, the only option is to get another pair and keep one as normal shoes and set the other up for skating.
