Answer: It’s meant for making slow infusions- meaning that it needs to sit overnight at least with tea, coffee, or what ever you’re using to make an infusion. I don’t think it would work for hot tea as the steeping wouldn’t work. But using Earl Grey and letting it brew overnight in the refrigerator gives you a nice iced tea. -
