The NComputing RX300 is a thin client device that comes in a compact size and supplied in a red-sided box, it is compatible with several virtualization platforms, including vSpace Pro, VERDE VDI, vSpace for Linux, and Microsoft RDS. This product supports dual monitor, RDS connection, and works based on modern hardware platforms. It is a great adaptation of NComputing’s excellent technology, with a very small footprint. Although it does not come with software, the vSpace Pro 11.3 LTS server software is completely free for the RX300 device. One of the downsides reported by users is that the vSpace Pro software is buggy, causing some users to switch to the RX-RDP, which is a cheaper alternative. The device is compatible with most USB peripherals; however, the Bluetooth radio is not available when in thin client mode, making it difficult to use. Firmware updates for the product can be obtained by creating a free account and downloading from the NComputing website.
