Dowelmax Classic 3/8 Precision Engineered Joining System
The Dowelmax Classic 3/8 Precision Engineered Joining System is a quality tool that allows for accurate and precise joining of boards. It comes with 3 CNC machined aluminum spacers and can be used for various projects. It is compatible with both imperial and metric measurements. However, it does not work with non 90 degree miter joints or minifix and/or Rafix 20 hardware systems. The included drill bit/stop collar can drill holes with a maximum depth of approximately 8 inches. The latest 2019 version includes a 1/16'' Slotted Spacer Plate. While not specifically designed for use with plywood, with some modifications and ingenuity, it can be used to add dowels to plywood for shelves.
