The Fujitsu fi-6130Z is a reliable and fast scanner. It does not have blank page removal capabilities but blank page removal will depend on the software used for scanning. It is compatible with windows 7 and it comes with installation software. However, it cannot scan ledger sized paper documents since the maximum paper width for the input tray is only 8.5". It cannot scan a driver's license as well since the fi6130z is for scanning paper only.
