EZE-LAP Knife Sharpeners EZLD10 Editorial Review
The 10 inch Oval Sharpener has received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers praise the superb quality and ease of use of this sharpener, others have found it to be ineffective for sharpening dull knives. For those with reasonably sharp knives, this sharpener is praised for putting a fantastic edge on them quickly and easily. It is also noted that it works well for touch-ups on D2 knives. The overall feedback from customers who have used it is positive, with some even describing their experience as "holy cow!" However, customers looking to sharpen dull knives have expressed disappointment with the coarse grit of this sharpener. They mention that it would take forever to bring back a dull knife to a sharp edge using this product. Some customers were also hoping for a more abrasive sharpener. In conclusion, the 10 inch Oval Sharpener seems to be well-suited for maintaining already sharp knives and providing quick touch-ups. However, customers seeking a sharpener for dull knives might want to Consider other options.
