- Non Contact Arc Ignition Without High Frequency:Our plasma cutter uses a low frequency ignition system without contact, which enables cutting of steel surfaces with dirt, rust or coatings. The torch head does not need to touch the metal, reducing energy consumption and electrode wear, which extends service life. Ideal for all conductive metals such as steel, copper, stainless steel, brass, aluminium and titanium.
- Cutting Power:Thanks to the advanced MCU technology with fully integrated digital control, the plasma cutter automatically recognises the input voltage and provides a 60% duty cycle. The 50A torch allows a maximum cutting thickness of up to 1‘’ (25mm), with 15/32‘’ (12mm) being optimal for clean cuts, and made from high quality components, it offers 30% more durability and efficiency compared to standard units.
- Digital Display:The latest digital display shows key parameters such as air pressure, voltage and amperage, allowing users to monitor machine status in real time and make timely adjustments to optimise performance. In case of problems, error codes are displayed to enable quick troubleshooting.
- PT/2T/4T Functions:The post-flow time (5-20 seconds adjustable) extends the life of wear parts by cooling the torch head after each cut. We recommend a cooling time of 5-8 seconds. The automatic cutting modes 2T/4T reduce the strain on the hands: 2T is semi-automatic, 4T is fully automatic and makes the cutting process easier.
- Air Filter Regulator:Cutting torch equipped with an internal air pressure sensor, the machine allows precise adjustments of the air pressure via the regulator. The air filter, located at the rear, is quick to install, saves time and increases efficiency. Air pressure recommended adjustment range of 35-50 PSI
